Interesting. Thought you all might like to read this.

Excerpt - Local6.com Dec 21, 2005

Three men who said they were scheduled to be on
the flight said something kept them from boarding the plane.

Three men who said they were scheduled to be on the crashed
flight said a funny feeling kept them from boarding the plane.

The trio showed reporters their Chalks boarding cards for Flight 101.
'These are your three boarding passes?" a reporter asked the men.
"Yes," the men said.

Will this convince the skeptics of psi? Probably not, but there are a lot of anecdotes of this type of premonitions or "hunches."

My GF constantly surprises me with her psi ability.

I wish I had this type of talent; I would shamelessly use it to make money.
Of course I would give most of it to the poor and downtrodden.

Who wouldn't!

It sounds like that film doesn't it? I can't remember the name, but someone will know it.

Anyway, I agree that psi should be investigated more, and not shunned for being 'cookey' and 'weird'.

I think you were talking about this movie, Final Destination.

All we need now is to follow these 3 guys around for the next couple of days to see if the reaper plays catch-up.

Coincidence is one other option. A lot of people "get a funny feeling" and stay off planes or away from areas and nothing bad happens, but thing like that aren't fun anecdotes.

Also people underestimate what our brain sees that our conscious doesn't. An old looking plane, a sputtering engine...something we don't consciously acknowledge.

Just other possibilities.

Given that there are thousands of people getting on thousands of planes each day, it was really only a matter of time before some one gets spooked and doesn't get on a plane and it crashes.

Also, as for premonition, they apparently didn't predict that it would crash, or feel strongly enough to tell other people.
