This was actually from a foreign comedy show, equivelant to MadTV.

The man was talking about how the doctor messed up on his throat surgery and now, he was left with a high-pitched voice, and the host started to crack up.

Was the talk show embarrassed that he laughed or was it ok? I'm at work right now and unable to view it so if this answer is obvious I apoligize.
