Can President Bush redeem himself?

I tuned in last night, and i thought he gave the best speech he has ever given. I watched his mannerisms, and i thought he was subdued and calm and presidential.

I would like to beleive him, but so much has happened over the past few years that i find it really hard to beleive anything he says. I would like to beleive him, but i cant.

Nevertheless, he is trying. I felt i had to post this because i am not the narrow-minded boob sometimes i appear to be.

Is there hope? Is he trying to let us in now? Or is he a wolf in sheeps clothing?

Talk about spin, spin, spin control. Seems he's gotten a new speech writer. Kinda reminds me of "Wag the dog".

The words he speaks are the words of the few who fear losing control of the many , JWB is nothing but a figurehead , he speaks script and code , nothing to do with truth.

The only redemption to be had here , is the redemption of the masses (us) , then there would be no need for the likes of this guy.
