I hate mushrooms generally but last week me and the roomate decided to buy some stuffed portebello mushrooms......They were made like this....
Hollow out the Mushroom to make it resemble a cap, fill it with italian sausage, cover with mozerella(sp) and a piece of sliced green pepper.
Once you got that portion done, get a piece of aluminum foil, and rub butter all over the foil. Wrap up, place on grill for 15-20 minutes and eat. I
highly recommend it, is a great side for steak and goes great with grilled zucchini as well.
