Yup, that's the one I quoted. But now we're seeing class action lawsuites over the vulnerability of their machines, rejections from some counties, and easy hackability as reported by Black Box Voting (and potentially illegal foot-dragging from Diebold over compliance with test requests).

Have you seen this?

Computer programmer Clinton Curtis testified at the December 13th, 2004 Congressional hearing in Columbus, Ohio naming Republican Congressman Tom Feeney as the person who hired him to prepare vote-rigging software.

And concerning Diebold:

Diebold Drops Out of North Carolina

But then this happened...

North Carolina Illegally Certifies Diebold E-voting System

Board of Elections Ignores Rules to Escrow Code, Identify Programmers

Raleigh, North Carolina - The North Carolina Board of Elections certified Diebold Election Systems to sell electronic voting equipment in the state yesterday, despite Diebold’s repeated admission that it could not comply with North Carolina’s tough election law. The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) believes that this raises important questions about the Board of Elections’ procedures as well as the integrity of Diebold’s bid for certification.

Another source...

NC Approves Diebold Despite Refusal to Submit Source Code

I have been following this for a while. Actually, I too thought ATS light on the subject.

People don't care, are too busy surviving to pay attention or are afraid of the truth.

I predict another storm of voter fraud issues in 06, and 08, and 2010... and 2012... and... etc.

No malice intended America, but if you sit on your but on this issue, your finished.

You don't believe Diebold would have done anything illeagle now do you? I feel they may have had a lot to do with getting G/Bush re-elected" but you have to keep in the back of your mind "that computers don't make mistakes"
