I don't know if anything will come of this, but the Diebold former CEO has unexpectedly resigned.

What the hey, if the machines messed up the vote the supreme court would just award the job to who ever they decided they wanted to have it. It's the new american way

it seems real strange to me that no one has seriously gone after these guys and the political figures supporting them for the "malfunctions" in their "voting machines".
In such a closely contested race, in which such diametrically opposed groups of thought are being weighed, with such far reaching and potentially disasterous consequences, any vote counting incompetence should be rigourosly investigated and any intentional pattern of abuse mercilessly sussed out and prosecuted.Tantamount to treason if ya ask me..
