The sea-horse fly art is what it looked like, except the tail wasn't as long.

Well I found another one, and when I was holding it it moved it's head around, and here's the creepy part. If I moved my head to it's left, it'd move its head to its left, and it would follow my head with it's eyes. I don't know how many bugs can move their heads but yeah, it felt human. I feel so creeped out now lol.

i had the same thing when i was about 9 wanted to catch it and never saw it again it was by some orange flowers in my lawn except the one i saw looked excatly like a seahorse tail and all. and yes it did have wings never been able to find out what it was which makes matters worse but still can picture the whole scene for the most part.
