Court Agrees to Review Texas Redistricting

"The Supreme Court said Monday it would consider the constitutionality of a Texas congressional map engineered by Rep. Tom DeLay that helped Republicans gain seats in Congress. The 2003 boundaries helped Republicans win 21 of the state's 32 seats in Congress in the last election_ up from 15. They were approved amid a nasty battle between Republican leaders and Democrats and minority groups in Texas. "

wouldn't that be a kick in the pants, he's up on charges for money laundering, in relation to the bribes that helped put these representatives in office, and then well, the redistricting that helped so much to gain that republican majority in the house may have been unconstitutional.....

But, they're the majority, so we should all fall into step and march according to their tune!!!
