Agency 4

(wasn't sure which forum this should go in so i put it here)

Does anybody know what this is the designation for? i keep seeing the classic/obvious govt. Car (black luxury) with govt. plates and the license plate just says agency-4 on it. I see them all the time up here and it has me curious.

Is it the local Armed Forces recruter?

Just go on up to them, believe me if they are government employees they would be more than glad to speak with you. And you never know, they just might be interested in this site...but I wouldnt start the conversation off..."Hey Government dude/dudette, have you ever heard of abovetopsecret.com?"
They will label you.

I would but i've only seen them driving on the highway, i'll be on the lookout tho
