Well that is just wonderful news

Hopefully this will set the precedent and others will follow

I have faith, it just kinda is hard to hold onto it when your nationality is frowned upon simply because of the actions of some extremist, hard-liner, terrorist, racist etc... few. Especially when U deem yourself the complete opposite and hold no same belief that they do.

This is a breakthrough tho, just hope they all see that.

Two new mates as cultures embrace

Cronulla local Peter Frankham embraces a Bankstown teen he helped pull from the clutches of the bloodthirsty mob at Sunday's beachside riots.

You say this is nothing to do with religion just as people were saying the the riots in France had nothing to do with religion but both of the riots took place near muslim areas and both riots involved Churches being burned and both had some people chanting in Arabic.

Here's the news report on the Church attacks:
2005-12-14-Sydney-churches-attacked

Note that this was the sixth attack on one of the Churches in just the last 4 years so it wasn't all about retaliation over the incident at Cronulla on Sunday.

The churches mainly involved are in Auburn which is one suburb with an ethnic majority. There is not enough for the teens to do. Its a problem of bored youth. Its not just churches either but they are the only ones being reported on here.

Im sorry but "bored youth" doesnt cut it with me, people who burn down churches or any building for that matter are Arsonists, Arsonists are criminals of the serious kind and deserve to be locked up, and once theyre out of lockup if they hold foreign citizenship they should be deported.

Bored youth dont burn down Churches, they find something to do, they play sport, go driving, partying, play computer games, get a job, get involved in there community.

People who burn down churches not only destroy property and endanger life but they create greater barriers and annimosity between groups in a world already full enough of fear, suspicion and hatred.

This just in - Peace breaks out in Melbourne

Just got back from a rally in the C.B.D. of Melbourne protesting against the recent outbreaks of violence, gov. response etc.
About 1500-2000 attended.
Pics below:

There was one arrest. A girl lost her doggy and went and asked a policeman. Here's some pic's of the nice policeman helping the girl find her doggy:

she really did lose her dog, but she kicked a cop, which was probably not the smartest move.

Anyway, it was good to see a reasonable crowd support this at short notice (I got a text message yesterday).

Reading about European and Australian troubles with other species and sub-species ("race" is a claptrap term in this sense) saddens and amuses me at the same time. We Americans have been shunned for centuries as bigots and worse; now, it seems, the Euro-world has that pebble in its shoe and it's grown into a boulder.

Since no self-sufficient Aussie would ask my advice, I offer it on a please-take-it basis. Please, elect politicians who will serve AVERAGE Australians, not those who'd sacrifice the beer-drinkers to salve their effete One-World consciences. Force them to renew your exclusionary laws before you are overrun by excess Asians, excess Africans and Pacific Islanders. Then send your Arabs back to the Levant.

That advice is based on the American experience: From 1880 until the end of WWI, we "welcomed" the shrewdest and greediest people Eastern Europe had to offer. In just over a century they got rich, took over our banks, our media, and a large slice of our government. We thought they were tired and poor, but others in their tribe owned the banks of Europe -- help unavailable to the rest of us. Now they own us, hate us, hate our traditions, and hate the word "gratitude," too.

We closed the open doors in 1921, but liberals reopened them in 1965, calling it, "Immigration Reform." Our Senator Ted Kennedy promised Congress and the American people that the legislation "would in no way alter either the racial or the ethnic makeup of the country," and he got through the speech without smirking.

Politicians take an oath to dissemble only in public...uh, or in private.

My family shares your European heritage, Aussies, but barely half the people here can say the same. The heritage disappears because our women are no longer interested in having children; apparently that attitude, rooted in feminism, prevails in your land, as well. Yes, our genetic strains are worth saving, but first things first: Get rid of your Arabs before they take you over. And they will. Or die trying.

People have said of Blacks, Latinos, Arabs and Asians in the U.S.:"All they want is your property, your job, your women and your government. Oh, and they'd appreciate your being quiet while they arrange the transfers."

Good luck, my Australians friends -- "mates," if you will. I hate to say it, but the hour is late. Keep in mind that an Arab's idea of power-sharing (in the cultural-diversity sense) can best be expressed by paraphrasing a line from one of our Country-Western ballads:"They'll get the goldmine, you'll get the shaft."

Don't let it happen.

An article quoted by many during the tension earlier this year of the so called Sydney racial riots has been found to be false and not a statement of events by an ex Sydney police officer as previously thoguht.

The article stated that Muslim organised crime was taking over sydney and went as far to say muslim women had hid heroin in childrens nappies.

The article was applauded by many and used to further incite the racial issue.

IT HAS become a celebrated story, told by the whistleblowing former policeman Tim Priest. The trouble is, it isn't true.

Women did not hide heroin in nappies. The couple had no children and were on an IVF program. But Priest continued: "As was the case in those days, we arrested every adult and teenager who had hampered our search. When it came to court, they were represented by Legal Aid, of course, who claimed that these people were innocent of the minor charges of public disorder and hindering police because they were recent arrivals from a country where people have an historical hatred towards police and that they also had poor communication skills and that the police had not executed the warrant in a manner that was acceptable to the Muslim occupants.
It has provoked widespread discussion both here and overseas."

www.smh.com.au...

This guy should be charged for inciting violence himself. It didn't ring true when it was first released and now I know WHY.

Who does 'sub-species' refer to and how is this label not biggoted?

The heritage disappears because our women are no longer interested in having children; apparently that attitude, rooted in feminism, prevails in your land, as well.

It's rooted in inflation more than feminism. Women are still very interested in having children, but we are also interested in having them be adequately provided for after we play dutiful patriotic incubators. The cost of living has skyrocketed since the 1950s.. it is naive to assume the world would be rosy if women just stayed at home when the average morgage requires two full time wages.

Technically "sub-species" is not a bigoted term but a taxonomic term used to describe morpological and genetic differences between two subspcies within the same species. No there are no Simian Subspecies as of yet but they are a coming and they will not be "inferior" to Home Sapien Sapien as was implied by whom you are replying too.

It was bound to happen. The continual attacks and encroachment by the muslims and their appeasers and allies will eventually piss off the wrong people.

If you had a real government, muslims would not be allowed to emigrate to any christian nation. That is a more firm but gentle approach. The approach of surrendering to the muslims, which is what the west is trying now, will end up in bloodshed, which is exactly what the mullahs crave.
