First off. This information is nothing new. the auto industry has known about this idea since the 60's but the Oil companies never allow the technology to come about. I wonder why.

The 200 mpg carb has been around since the 40s, maybe even a little before that.
The strange part is that they actually work. The oil companies have since used an additive to gasoline that renders them useless after a while.
Sounds like a conspiracy to me......
