Robert Bruce/Astral Projection

Hi everyone, I just went and got his book "How to Astral Project in 90 days" or something like that. Is this a good estimate on how long it will take? Does he have a good amount of validity? Can I do 2 days on one? Any general tips for astral projection?

The easiest way is thought lucid dreaming. Look at your hands then become conscious. Then fly as high as you can until.. pop. Your out. It is the only way I can do it anyway
