This one is deeply strange! BZ is a peculiar chemical weapon, and just when you thought it had gone, it's back -

why is it called a chem wep if its drugs. It could be used as a chemichal weapon but its not like they were. they were using it as a narcotic

Hallicinogenic drugs are generally NOT narcotics. I work in law enforcement and in court they are two different things, not 100% sure of what science says but a narcotic is generally not going to produce "psychedelic" effects.
