Talamasca

I never got a answer in my last my last thread on this subject but now it seems that the site that was up that looked most official is down or gone. When you type in talamasca, you get a bunch of anne rice- related sites but I can remember references to the organization in Sherlock Holmes novels i read as a youth. The site had claimed that anyone could apply to join but most of the time they picked those with psychic abilities for active membership. Most would be restricted to just reporting and investigating cases that one found on their own.
I was thinking of joining and had the site in my favorites but now it is gone without a trace. They must have shut it down or something. I kept getting this Admin/User page that required user names and passwords.
Does anyone have any info?

i dont know about Talamasca but maybe there is something left of their site on the internet archive, www.archive.org...

just search for their url on the archive site.
