A Base in Dulce? An actual base? Military? On the Jicarilla Apache Reservation? I'd also like to see this job posting. I go back home about 1-2 times a year and still have friends and relatives working there. If there's a military base there, we'd all like to know where it exists on OUR LAND.

I like to believe there's an underground base. I like to believe the lights I saw in the sky growing up were from other planets. I like to believe the stories people tell me about El Vado dam and Ghost Ranch Canyon are true.

While driving from AZ to CT, I passed through Dulce to get a general impression of the area. Remote is an understatement for this location. however, there is a lot of hustle and bustle along 64 for no apparent reason. There were 2 types of vehicles I encountered passing against my eastward direction; pickups and utility size low boy dumps, all white with varying logos on the side. The one I remember most is a clock that only reads from 12 to 6 in orange. 64 is a beautiful road. It weaves through a condensed mountain river valley that makes it seem like you're moving faster than you really are. Lining the river are pumpstations for....? When the road does open up, there are dirt roads that lead off to no visible buildings. Why for 2 hours did I see vehicles in packs of 3 to 5, all white, pass by me in the opposite direction? to say 50 vehicles passed us would be an understatement.
Dulce isn't really a town or city, if you've been on smaller reservations before you'd grasp it, but its gorgeous as well. We stopped at the gas station and I started fueling up, my girlfriend went inside to get supplies, and looked out over Dulce, which slopes upward adjacent to the gas station...a long, gradual slope with the Mesa visible over the last row of housing. I was approached by a native american man in a cowboy had, red shirt, in a green pickup, brand new, and he as said -Connecticut, long way away from here, what brings you through here? Mind you, we stuck out like a sore thumb in these parts...So I explained to him I was going back to CT and I since I heard rumors about the place I was going to drive through and asked him what all the fuss was about in town. He looked at me puzzled, and I said -with all of the white trucks? He told me he didn't know what I was talking about, so I told him how many passed me, and he said -they don't come here. I got kinda spooked and was like...yeah, its a beautiful road though, beautiful here...and the man explained, well told me the best route to take out of town, scenically. As he was finishing up my girlfriend was already back at the car with our stuff looking at me and she said, can we leave please. I said yup, told the guy nice meeting you, and left - and not the way he told me to go either.

Anyway, about the power plants, check out el vado...possible entrance as well? The pumpstations sort of baffle me. there is a gas pipline running through there in places, but they were too small to be repressuring and they were too archeic looking which leads me to believe it could be some sort of venilation ducts. There are restricted areas - the reservation for one. I guess you can stay at the best western and casino in town and get hiking permits from either the hotel or the tribal council building around the corner, but I think its too close to be an entrance to the base. The entrances would be at the vital organs of the bases infastructure do to maintenance of system functions and deliveries associated with it, unless they are self sufficient and connected to the known bases which are close...los alamos, etc. The later is most likely. They can move large volumes of workers into the known facilities without cause for suspicion and suttle them to the central hub.

so what do you think? I want to go back, spend some time there...maybe el vado

I think that there very well could be a secret base at Dulce. No one has disproved it, and it wouldn't be that odd that the government would have such a facility there. They love their secret bases.

I dunno about the crap claiming aliens run the place tho...............

Your getting off point. The point is, whether it is Dulce, Area 51, or somewhere else...if enough people (yes you and me, the ones who the CONSTITUTION say run this country) speak up, well some answer has to be given. Yes, 1, 2 10 people can disappear. But 1000 or 10,000 well thats a little hard to hide.

Not hard at all CSRules, u just blame it on some terrorists then invade some middle eastern country in retaliation.

I would agree with the person that started the thread. I think that there "may" be some
black ops projects around, i DO NOT however believe we have any credible evidence (space ship on my lap) to sugest there are aliens.....here on earth......but out there in space sure. If YOU were an advanced race....would you really land on this planet and try to talk to the goverments ? I wouldnt...I would just sit in orbit and study them like an ebola virus in a lab.

I believe Dulce exists because too many other people with a degree of credibility say it exists.

Yes there isn't volumes of evidence but I was also told that the Dodo bird existed at one time too and I ain't seen much evidence of that either.

To get back to the tunnel theory, to dig a tunnel from a great distance away to the Dulce area would make a grinding noise that could be heard in the surronding countryside, has anybody heard of the "Taos Hum" noise that sounds like a diesel engine in the distance.Taos is not to far from the Dulce area.On your search engine type in "Taos Hum."Mabey this hum is the tunnels being drilled.Just a theory!!!

at the end of the day, the germans were one of the first to have underground bases to do whatever they want. american government has loads of underground bases, what they do in them is anyones guess.
it is a possibility that there may be a base close to dulce(william cooper said the base is not in dulce, it is near by).
there has to be somewhere they are doing genetic experiments of a weird kind. did not bush recently say to a group of people about how cross breeding between animanls and humans should be banned. dulce is supposed to be a main center for it. we don't know ifthe base does this, but you can bet your life there is a base somewhere that is doing weird genetic experiments.

if you believe the base exists, then you probably have to believe phil schneider, when he says that they use some sort of nuclear machine, where it just melts the rock etc, and is supposed to be pretty quiet.

i am not saying it is true, just what phil said.

Thomas E. Castello security guard in the underground megabase beneath Dulce was killed in costa rica.
PHIL SCHNEIDER was hired by the Secret Government as an explosives and excavation engineer for the underground dulce base, was murdered, set up to make it look like a suicide.
both of them was in the dulce fire fight with the aliens.
loads of people looking in to this topic get fitted up and go to jail or even killed
you can`t beat them.

IIRC Condor Thomas E. Castello was not involved in the dulce wars, Phil S was though he had that huge scar on his stomach form what he claimed was from a Alien weapon.

He also had a couple of other injuries. One being his arm or wrist (can't quite remeber which one) and one being his penis that was apparentley sliced down the middle like a "Hot dog bun" as his wife put.

His wife asked the Autopsy suregeon about abnormalties on her husbands body, only to be told he had a perfect bill of health!

Also the injury to his arm or his wrist would have made noosing his neck with his own catheter nearly impossible!!!

Dulce Fascinates me day in day out!!

The people who live nearby never say anything about it, are they paid of or is it just the threat of 1000's of UFO/Alien spotters coming stampeeding on your reservation!!!

He was found dead in his apartment with a piano wire wrapped around his neck. According to sources, it appeared that he repeatedly suffered torture before he was finally killed. Seven months prior to his death , Schneider did a lecture on the forces he had discovered at Dulce.

I have put a link from the website for the external quote below, so that you can read up on Phil and judge for yourself, while you start to sweat in fear

Phile Schneider - A Man who died, getting you the truth

May I point out that Phil schneider also lost some fingers from his left hand from the same weapon. Don't believe? You can see Phil in the flesh, in a video taped presentation on the you tube link below.

Be sure to pause the tape at 3mins and 56 secs. to see his hand for yourself.

LOL! I only recently occured to me that Dulce was pronounced Dull-see. Not Dull-s. Thanks John Lear and ATS mix show for pointing that one out for me.

Anyway, although there COULD be a secret base under Dulce, there is little or no evidence of it. I mean, come on, the only proof has been:
UFO's
Cattle mutilations
'leaked'
documents

I wonder, how one can possibly think that there's a secret base there, based on THAT!??!? Why?

Now that's over with. It is possible that theres a base at Dulce. It's also possible theres an Alien standing behind you right now watching what you type, because the technology is there for that to happen. It's also possible that theres a secret base underneath you at this very moment.

Possible? Yes. Likely? No. Proof? None, so why beleive it?

www.dulcephenomena.com is supposed to have the location to the base. Do you know about this area since you used to live there?
