Indeed, before an airliner (especially one blasting a radar beacon/transponder on normal commercial air traffic frequencies) came within 200 miles of Area 51, they would be on the radar, and would likely already be recieving a radio warning with instruction to change heading immediately. Failing that, they would likely be met in mid air by interceptors.

I don't know about that...your range might be a little wide, from what I understand they have Vegas a mere 90 miles away, and flashing warnings to every one of their planes seems kind of....I dunno revealing of their base?
