The Sun is not a hot, flaming body of millions of degrees temperature. It is relatively cool! Solar prominences are no warmer than Earth's Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). The presence of light does not necessarily mean that there is also heat. Take a look at a firefly, for example. Just because we can feel heat in our atmosphere does not necessarily mean that it has travelled all the way from the Sun to Earth. Certain powerful energies come from the Sun and, on entering our planet's electromagnetic field, they are transformed by this resonating field through friction. And this friction creates heat.
When the first astronauts viewed outer space, they were amazed to see that space is much darker than they expected and the Sun, stars and planets were not nearly as bright as they appear to us on Earth. This is because ONLY energies and forces (electromagnetic in nature) come from the Sun and other celestial bodies; heat and light are created only when those energies and forces enter the atmosphere of any of the planets.
If heat comes all the way from the Sun, then WHY IS OUTER SPACE SO FREEZING COLD? Since outer space (between the Sun and Earth) is closer to the Sun than is Earth, why isn't that space HOTTER than our planet's atmosphere?

Here's the simple answer for you.

Empty space itself cannot have a temperature, unless you mean some
abstruse question about quantum vacuums.

However, if you put a physical object into space, it will reach a
temperature that depends on how efficiently it absorbs and emits
radiation and on what heating sources are nearby. For example, an
object that both absorbs and emits perfectly, put at the Earth's
distance from the Sun, will reach a temperature of about 280 K or 7 C.
If it is shielded from the Sun but exposed to interplanetary and
interstellar radiation, it reaches about 5 K. If it were far from all
stars and galaxies, it would come into equilibrium with the microwave
background at about 2.7 K.

According to scientists, the Sun is both electromagnetic in nature as well as being millions of degrees in temperature. But, as every schoolboy is taught, a magnet's magnetism is totally destroyed when it is heated beyond a certain very high temperature (I forget which temperature), that temperature being far, far lower than the supposed millions of degrees on the Sun! Since that is a Law of Physics, it follows that the Sun must be totally devoid of all magnetic forces. Then, why do scientists in the same breath claim that the Sun is also electromagnetic in addition to being a flaming hot body?

Temperature is roughly the average kinetic energy. Seeing as there are almost no molecules in space to heat up, it stands pretty obviously it wouldn't be very hot. Not to mention emptiness has very low heat retention capabilities.


Our heat comes directly or indirectly from the Sun, with a small portion due to manmande creations.

The magnets magnetism may be destroyed if you heat it, but the sun is in another state: plasma.

Try making the magnet into plasma and repeat the experiment

Many thanks for the link. I checked out that site which provides strong SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE for the theory of the Sun being electrical in nature (more accurately, ELECTROMAGNETIC).

there is no heat in space, BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING FOR THE ENGERY TO REFLECT OFF OF TO GENERATE HEAT.

Space is a void, with the occassional wifts of cosmic dust, but lacking density it lacks anything substantial to ABSORB energy, thus the energy continues on its way until it runs into something like the earth or the moon or mars etc Why is the moon colder then the earth ? Well because the ground on the moon absorbs and dissapates the energy bombarding it from the sun, but since there is relatively no atmospher there is no HEAT.

HEAT or thermal energy as you understand it, comes from the soaking of our atmosphere from radiation both the sun and man made in our dense atmopshere which ping pong around exciting all the molecules in the air until they reach a point where they get excited and begin to shed excess energy they ABSORB in the form of thermal radiation.

The closer a solar object is to the Sun the hotter the surface temperature of the object becomes, if you do not have an atmospher then the surface temperature radiates back out into space and a very high rate when not exposed to the sun and a slower rate while being energized by the sun. If you have an atmosphere and are closer to the Sun then not only your surface temperature is higher but your atmospheric temperature is higher as well because you have more energy exciting the molcules in the atmosphere, More energy ABSORBED more energy shed in the form of Thermal radiation from the atmosphere as the molecules become unstable with the excess energy ABSORBED from the Sun.

The closer you get to it, since now the energy has something to reflect off of, the hotter you become. Until you reach the point where your material make up is at its thermal bonding limit and you begin to melt. Yes the Sun is millions of degrees, YES the Sun is a huge magnetic energy body, The energy of the Sun does not come from something simple like a huge fire but rather the magnetic compression millions of times over until the very essence of mater is forced to release most of its energy. This is where E=MC2 comes from.

If you had the ability to crush a mass of carbon millions of times over by compression you would not only get a diamond but beyond that state you would release a huge amount of energy and if you had a magnetic field doing this you could sustain it.... until such time that you "used" all the energy of the mass to energy conversion. If you are not tapping the energy but merely holding it in a state of magnetic suspension I assume you could hold it indefinitly as long as the magnetic field remained in tact. This attribute makes it different from the Suna and from bodies in space as the Sun is depleting its mass to energy conversion by radiating its energy out into space.

The problem we have today if we create such a machine once we have made the mini star suspended in a magnectic compression, how to we tap the energy at a given rate and B what happens when the magnetic field shuts down.... A huge instantaneous release of energy, vaporizing everything in its path...... how would you like to have that power source running your car and then the "mag flux capaciter" fail resulting in the magnetic containment to shut off, BOOMMMMMMMMM sounds more riskier then riding a giant oxygen fed rocket into space.

our how about a Fusion reactor instead of our nuclear reactors providing energy to the Country and some mis have or electrical power grid problem resulting in a few hundred pounds of fusion material are released from magnetic suspension. resulting in a billion ton nuclear weapon going off. I wonder what kind of damage that would do to our planet.

Maybe turn us into a big vaporized oxidized rust ball, wait a minute we already have a planet like that called Mars

Ok, on to seriousness, I seriously do not see the validity in this, the sun is the sun, it is extremely hot, and is basically a giant hot fusion nuclear reactor, with so much mass that it keps itself from exploding.

JimmyCarterIsSmater, the reason why planets closer to the sun are hotter is because they recieve more photons/area on their surface.

Take a balloon, and draw dot on it in marker. At first the marker's colour is dark. But when you blow up the balloon, the marker's dot not only grows in size, but it becomes lighter. This is because the ink/area becomes less as the ink amount stays the same, but the area grows.

So, light starts at the sun, but as it moves out, the photons get spaced further and further apart. So while on earth 1 square metre will recieve a certain number of joules of energy, a square metre on pluto will recieve a vastly smaller number of joules of energy. The further out you go, the fewer joules you get.

This is why the light from stars far away do not warm up our planet. Their energy/m^2 is almost amazingly tiny.

well its MEASURED surface tempreture is 5780 kelvins, and the core MUST be at least 12million kelvins to release the amount of energy it does.

i think that fact alone rebutts your theroy



also the sun emits 4 types of energy

mainly

electromagnetic radiation
neutrinos


to a smaller extent

kinetic and thermal energy of solar wind
the energy in the Sun's magnetic field

also it was 250kelvins on the moon, pretty hot for a place with no atmosphere! which it would need to have to heat up by your theroy
