With aopolgies to Shawnna and those working on a summary.
This paraphrased from the serpo.org site with my notes in parens denoted by the - G......

Original post: Two died on the alien's home planet. Four others decided to remain, according to the returnees. Of the eight that returned, all have died. The last survivor died in 2002. (The four was amended to read two decided to remain - G)

Paul McGovern post #1: One doctor and one of the security personnel died three years into their visit. The doctor died of pneumonia and the security guy died of an injury. (what about the pulmonary embolism Bill spoke of? -G)

They were able to transmit messages to Earth by means of a communication system set up prior to their trip. (Why couldn't they transmit during their trip? -G)

Gene Loscowski post #1: No females were sent. Twelve men, all military.

Paul McGovern Post #1: 8 USAF, 2 U.S. Army and 2 U.S. Navy. Two were doctors; three were scientists; two were language specialists; two were security personnel; two were pilots and one was the leader (Colonel-AF).

Anon post #2:There were two females, one being a doctor and the other being a linguist.

The craft was very large and allowed the team to exercise. (Nonsense! They were confined in "bowls" for much of th trip - G)

Anon post #2): The only trouble our team members got into was when they attempted to photograph Eben children. (Something about not being to identify children - G)

Post #4:The complete debriefing accounts for about three thousand pages. (Why aren't debriefing documents used in this account? - G)

Post #5:We are also considering your suggestion of releasing 100 key pages (out of the 3,000) to you and then your forwarding them around the country to the six key individuals you named in your e-mail: Dr ____ ____ , Dr ____ ____ , ____ ____ , ____ ____ , ____ ____ and ____ ____. (What happened to this consideration? - G)

Post #5: Athough the Eben civilization had no televisions, radios, etc., each Eben had a small device belted to their waists. This device gave orders to perform a particular task, news of pending events, etc. The device displayed a screen, similar to a television screen but in a 3-D style format. Our team brought back one of these devices. (I think today, we could compare it to a palm pilot.)

Then in Post 12: Ebe2 shows us a device and tells us everyone of us must wear it. It looks like a small transistor radio. (A small transistor radio with a screen? - G)

Post #5:Although our team spent over a decade (our time) on Serpo and nearby planets, they did not have a laptop computer to enter all data. They had two recorders, who were responsible for writing down the data. Our team acknowledged that a lot of data was lost or not documented.
(But a great deal could have been transmitted back? - G )

Post #6:This was a gigantic problem, to say the least. It took our linguist specialists several years to adequately establish a form of communication with the Ebens. A group of Ebens learned to understand English and a few other Earth languages..... (And about 30 of the Ebens spke some English? - G)

Post #6: For example, when our first Team Member died in an accident, it was hard to communicate with the Ebens. The member died instantly, therefore, no medical care was provided. Our two doctors examined the Member's body and determined the injuries were consistent with an accidental fall. Initially, the Ebens never interfered with our care or offered to provide any of their medical care. (Never? What about 308 - G)

Post 12: Found 308 missing. Must be the dead crew member. (Oh, sorry There he is! - G)

Post #6: However, once the Ebens – a very benevolent and caring people – saw our team members crying, the Ebens stepped in and offered to attempt some sort of medical care. Although our doctors felt the Team Member was medically dead, they allowed the Ebens to try their own medical care. Most of this was either through sign language or speaking to the Travelers who could understand some English.

The Ebens transported the Team Member's body to a remote area of the largest community. They took the body into a large building, apparently their hospital or medical center. The Ebens used a large examination table to view the body. The Ebens ran a large bluish-green light beam over the body. The Ebens watched a display, that appeared on a large screen that looked like a television screen. The readouts were in the Eben written language and thus our team could not understand it.

However, there was a graphic display, similar to a heat beat graph. The solid line was not wavering. Our doctors understood that meant the same thing that their equipment measured: the heart was not beating. The Ebens administered some liquid through a needle. This was done several times. Eventually, the heart started beating.

But our doctors knew the internal organs of the body were damaged, but couldn't fully explain that to the Ebens. The Ebens finally made a sign, placing both their hands to the chest and bowing their heads. Our team members knew that meant the body was dead and nothing could be done.

The Ebens showed affection to our Team. During the last work period, the Ebens had a ceremony for the dead Team Member, the same ceremony used when an Eben died. Our team held their own service, attended by the Ebens. The Ebens were extremely curious about our religious service. One Team Member, who was acting as a minister, performed a death service. Our Team was eternally greatful for the Eben's caring attitude for our dead friend.

The individual Eben family lived a simple life. Their homes were constructed of clay, some type of material similar to wood, and some metal. The houses all looked the same. They appeared to be something from the Southwest, looking like adobe. The interior of the house consisted of four rooms. One sleeping room where all Ebens slept in the same room on mats, a food preparation room (kitchen), a family room (the largest in the house) and a small waste room. (A food preparation area? I thought they dined in a chow hall like area? - G)

Post #9: There were four pilots on the team. These four spent many weeks at the Nevada complex learning to fly the recovered Eben alien craft. It wasn't hard to fly, once one could understand the operation of the controls. I'm sure many of the UFO sightings back in 1964/'65 around the West could be attributed to these test flights by our Team Members. Selected Team Members carried small containers of liquid nitrogen. Ebens were vulnerable to extreme cold. In case the Eben's turned hostile, the liquid nitrogen could be used to neutralize Ebens during an escape attempt. The Team Members were instructed to spray the substance directly into the face of an Eben. Ebe #1 was found to be vulnerable to this.
(The team kep their guns and discarded this? - G)

Same post: As with weapons, each Team Member had a handgun and rifle.
(But then look! - G)

Post 7a: A side note: They only took 50 rounds of ammunication per handgun and 100 rounds of ammunition per rifle. (Another section gives a different number of weapons taken - G)

Post 10a: My next posting of information will be the actual journal entries of one Team Member. Each Team Member was required to keep a journal. I will provide a partial journal entry (since the journals are attachments to the original report, they contain hundreds of pages of written entries). I will provide a few days or possibly a week's worth of entries from one Team Member. (Journals are attachments? Show the original report they are attached to - G)

Also 10a: VICTOR: What idiot wrote this?! One must think in different terms of science, not Earth-based but Serpo-based science. Ebens were thousands and thousands of years more advanced than us. They had different forms of navigation systems, which I will discuss in great detail later, probably 2006. (Odd post by Victor? How is it he is going to discuss the system ingreat detail in 2006 if he is only receiving the info? - G)

Post 11: This is the actual, verbatim diary of the Team Commander. It was started the morning of the departure. There were code names for control personnel and three-digit numbers for each Team Member [addressed above]. There are other codes and abbreviations for certain things, which is not explained. (Shot down the idea of an audio transcript and hypnosis? - G)

post #11; day #1:The chairs are bigger. But there are only 10 of them. OK, I guess 203 and myself will sit in different location above these seats. (What chairs, you are in a bowl, right? - G)

Post#11; day #2:I'm not sure just how long we were in the containers. We sat in the chairs and a clear container was placed over us and the chair. We were isolated in this bubble or sphere. We could breath OK and could see out, but we really felt dizzy and confused. I think I fell asleep or fainted. I think this is another day, but my watch says one hour since we sat, but I think it is the next day. (Pardon me, they were containers - G)

Post #11; day 2: Our time instruments are located in our backpacks which are stored in another area of this room. We are still in these spheres but it seems OK. (No these were spheres - G)

Post 12:This eben speaks very good English. This eben, we call ebe2, speaks almost fluent English, with exception of not really pronouncing the letter w. But ebe2 does a good job speaking English. Ebe2 says we are welcome to the planet serpo. (How many years did it take the linguist do understand her? - G)

80/20 based on truth?

ok, a religion or spiritual belief is not relevant per se. however, this particular belief (ie the philosophy of ron hubbard) is very much embroiled in the 'alien hybrid' theory and has many other serpo issue specific corelations, and as such is something which sends out alarm bell when it is disclosed many, many messages later.

Hi, lucianarchy –

No problem if I can help untangle this! But you may have to help me, too. Shawnna was saying something like this yesterday and I really didn't understand her. For sure, Hubbard makes reference to life on other worlds, but should that be a reason to discredit him in any way? At a guess, he shares that conviction with 98% on this Forum and probably 50% of US citizens (an uninformed guess).

bill, if you knew that 'it' would be found, it would have been wise to pre-empt, earlier, any later sudden 'ron's.org' disclosure regarding your active role in the uk. no? you sort of did this earlier by telling us everything about you, career, age, location, cv, work etc,.. but missing out the hubbard philosophy/current active involvement with ron's.org uk connection - and given the v.strong serpo corelations?! - well, maybe it's just me......

With respect (and I mean that), I do agree that this may be just you. There are certainly no "v. strong serpo connections" Hubbard never mentioned Serpo and (as far as I know) never mentioned Zeta Reticuli. I'm also pretty sure he never mentioned Grays or abductions or cloning or hybrids, so I honestly don't know what you're referring to. If you can give me a reference or two I may be able to help with any misunderstanding.

He did, on the other hand, mention potential control and influence scenarios which can also be found in many other places and schools of thought.

it has also been raised, by yourself, bill, that victor may well have been "set up" by a scientology sting. i would say, given your inclusion on the scientology 'enemy list', that if anyone is going to be 'set up' by the scientologists here, it would be bill ryan. had you considered this? was there a reason why you thought victor was more at risk of this than you?

No, I didn't say that... I said that because Victor lives in LA and has vilified the Church of Scientology on his list, he's probably considered an enemy too. (Not too smart to engage their wrath, btw.) The Church of Scientology took out Werner Erhard (the founder of est), and certainly have the capability to take out anyone if they decide to end a career or a professional reputation.

ok, so i think that it was very unfortunate that the messenger was not as 'open and honest' as he perhaps should have been under the circumstances of his position and role.

I would really appreciate what anyone thinks is needed from me considering my "position and role". That's a serious question. I have never been in this situation before, and have no PR coach. My instinct is to be totally open and honest, as I think many here will testify. My instinct is also to assume that people (usually) mean no harm and are just confused or have got the wrong end of the stick somehow.

I published my photo – but only because I'm a true Skeptic said he was convinced I was David Icke. I published my full name, date of birth, and where I lived, because Valhall appeared to be believe I was a London-based Science Fiction writer. It's hard to anticipate what people might accuse me of... does that make sense?

I can say more about myself and have no problem in doing so. Most of these things it's never occurred to me to mention. Here are some more facts:

My parents were Canadian
I have no brothers or sisters, aunts or uncles
I spent many years in West Africa as a child
My father died in 1987 of Alzheimer's
My mother is still alive and lives in Yorkshire
I'm a mountaineer and have been to the Himalayas four times
I have a BSc in maths and physics (Bristol University, 1974)
I have an IQ of 162 (slighly subnormal for an Eben)
I qualified as a teacher (Aberystwyth, 1975)
My passion is for personal development (my own and other people's)
I did the est training in 1984
I've never been married and have no children (eternal free spirit)
My partner Kelly lives near San Francisco, where we have a house
I'm an abductee (Himalayas, 1981 – interesting story)... just the once
An old girlfriend (1982-85) was, I genuinely believe, an alien in a human body (I know that sounds weird, but you wanted to know everything!). I had a number of highly peculiar experiences, including seeing an "invisible" Gray in my bedroom, at the time. Much happened around then which I still don't understand, including my girlfriend suddenly growing two and a half inches in height in two weeks at the age of 26
I have extensive past life recall (I died in 1952 by having my throat cut by a guard having penetrated a secure facility in the four corners area of the US (I was then a Canadian), trying to acomplish something of immense importance which I believe was connected with disclosure. Until I handled that incident (using Hubbard's techniques) I had been afflicted by a stammer – injured throat chakra, for obvious reasons
My profession for the last 28 years has been management training, personal development training, executive coaching, team development, etc, and I've worked extensively with Hewlett Packard, British Aerospace, GEC, and PricewaterhouseCoopers
I'm trained (but never qualified or practised) as a kinesiologist, and have an extensive interest in natural medicine
I'm 5' 9" and 165 lbs and have balding ginger hair
I can't think of much else...! (But I'm sure if I've missed something someone will find it and jump on it
)

All of that will tell you that my life is reasonably interesting, and I happen to think so, too. But THIS IS NOT ABOUT ME.

Best, Bill

One thing about this thread that I can't figure out is why all of the people that scream HOAX stick around and read 20 pages a day just so they can reply to new posts and scream HOAX. If I thought something was a flat out hoax I would find better things to do with my time like jerk around a cheap dildo. But seriously, can someone explain what you have to gain by screaming HOAX every other page? As far as my lowerclassman mind can tell, there is no concrete evidence either way. Why not grab a seat on the fence(there's plenty of prime real estate left) and watch the monkeys fling poo while we wait for more "disclosure"?

Bill - while lucianarchy is the last person I thought I'd be teaming up with and agreeing with whole-heartedly, I'd have to say that I believe his statement above says a lot.

While I in NO way am attacking your religion - I think it's great that you are a member of Ron's Org. HOWEVER - the fact that you are on the Scientology list of ENEMIES is very significant. Because many of us know that they go after their listed enemies with a vengeance. And given your experience (quite a few years, yes?) in the Ron's Org - and your negative view of the Church of Scientology (this is based on your previous statement about them), I would say that you are probably a HUGE target?

So - given that you are such a huge target - AND they are renowned for going after their enemies pretty hard....isn't it possible that someone from that camp is posing as anonymous, in an effort to build up this story - to eventually make it as public as possble - and then when you, yourself, as the messenger have everything staked on this story - your reputation, your name, after all of the interviews and such - THEN they take you down as a fraud.

My concern, Bill, is actually for you and your safety. You are a gentleman and I'm concerned that there is a highly influencial group planning your demise.

Could you respond?

-rdube02

Hi, rdube02 –

(I like the John Cleese photo, btw. Way above.)

I understand the logic! But:

1) (Unlike Werner Erhard) I'm not that important a target.

2) The list was published in something like 1992. If they were out to get me, they've been pretty slow on the uptake.

3) When the first Anon posts reached Victor, I was not on his list. (Victor added me himself two days later because he tought I might be interested.) No-one – not even myself – at that time could have thought I'd create a website, let alone predict everything that's happened since then.

Best, Bill

Hey Bill,

Do you know if Victor has had any contact with "his" Anon since December 21 or has all the information come straight to you since then? And if so, has Anon explained to Victor why the change in format?

Thanks in advance

Bill

Do you think there are any things 'verifiable' that we may not be focusing on right now, regarding the Serpo site?

I was thinking along the lines of more precise directions for Serpo in our sky, or other things like who is involved.

I have been struggling to find obviously verifiable information in this release, which has caused me some distress.

If I am missing the boat here, I am sorry.

Nice to see another of your posts up.
Well your life story seems almost as interesting as this thread lol.

I certainly didn't have you down as the type to be an abductee.
Ive often felt my previous girlfriends might of had something possessing them too lol.Sorry had to get that in.......Back on topic....

as i said in a post earlier.
Do you think this is now a complete hoax?, which we have all been a part of.
Or partially true and to what extent true.?

And as a long shot, can you tell more about your own personal experience with ET's as you said before?

Can you believe this guy? He spends so much time trudging through all of our questions and answers every single one of them. Bill - you're truly a champ. You have definitely earned my respect - your logic above holds true - there was no way for them to know that you would have become involved in this, since the target was initially the ufo research group....

All roads are leading toward true disclosure, disinformation, or a little bit of both... Thanks for leading the way Bill. Hopefully this time the messenger won't just be forced to just keep running on the treadmill with no end in sight. We're all with you here - and you are not alone with this. You're doing a fantastic job clearing your name (even though you do not even have to) - and I think it's pretty clear we need to focus on what this information is, why is it coming now and who is sending it your way...

The concept hidden in the last information release by anon concerning aliens doing experiments on a human, treating it almost on the same level as an animal body, is certainly eye-opening and I think something all of us on many levels realize might be true about a superior alien culture. We may not want to believe it, but deep down we know it to be true. We are the animals in the zoo. The earth is like a wildlife refuge....

Keep it coming Bill - thanks for all of your hard work.

hey, bill, that's all cool.

i'd have to disagree about the serpo/hubbard connection though. ok, maybe not the 'word' serpo, but there is certainly a story about aliens and hybrids and the origins of humanity which is inextricably embroiled in the hubbard philiosophy. no? have you read 'plan nine' and seen the connections and threads therein?

the detail about ron's.org being left out until it was found out? well, i'm still a bit sceptical if you want my honesty here. you are an intelligent man and certainly know far more about the culture of ufology than the average 'layman', which is how you presented yourself at the beggining of all this. in fact i believe you stated that you had a layman or 'passing interest' in ufo's and someone drew your attention to serpo. but - aye carumba! being abducted is more than a passing interest, my friend. !

so there's my scepticism, bill. it's just based on plain old suspiscion after finding out many more links bill ryan has to ufology than he at first lead us to believe. ron's.org / hubbard philosophy active participation is significant for the audience to know if you are a messenger in this field. as i say, you are an intelligent man, which is one of the reasons why i do find it weird that you didn't realise that before. i accept that may have been an oversight on your behalf, and i accept that of course, as you say, it may just "be me".

and i am sorry you see my scepticism as "jumping" on you.

please, i apologise and realise that scepticism can easily seen as a threat. i assure you, it is not. i am looking for the truth as hard as anyone. you have voluntarily taken the role as the 'messenger' - and i am afraid being under the microscope comes with the territory. for that you have my utmost respect.

once again, thanks for your responses.

and, whatever the outcome, peace and best wishes to you.

Thanks, Jeddhi – and Hi, Springer –

I actually profoundly disagree and request that the thread remains open.

1) Locking the thread would create wild rumor elsewhere on the internet and would cause more damage. It'd be a dramatic over-reaction and would be counterproductive.

2) There are also legitimate issues to discuss and some people are doing so.

3) There are more points I want to raise, culled from discussion on Victor's list (not yet had time. Too busy answering questions!)

4) All these points raised I think have been constructive (in the end!) and as a community we're all kind of getting to know one another. I have no problem with any of this and if the idea of the thread being locked was to protect me I really thank you... but it's not at all necessary.

5) I bet the number of visitors to this thread is growing exponentially.

6) Most people are having quite a good time.

7) I have no idea when more information might come in from Anon. It could be in a month's time, but it also could be tomorrow.

Best wishes, and certainly to you, Springer – Bill

From someone on Victor's list, and (in my opinion) a brilliant insight. The last sentence really made me sit up and realize more about what may be happening here. It also shows that we may not get the "conclusive hard proof" we all want... it may be a more subtle, gradual process (perhaps already started):

******************

Years ago the psychologist Leon Festinger of "cognitive dissonance" fame, was asked to write scenarios as to how various segments of the population would respond to news of ET contact. It's all covered in the book by Bob Emenneger, "UFOs, Past, Present and Future." Much space must be left for people to disbelieve if they can't handle it.

Hi, WHOFLUNGGUM –

Many thanks. I'd actually never thought about this till Michael Salla ( www.exopolitics.org... , btw) pointed it out. Salla is a highly intelligent and respected commentator (c.f. his site) and most of what he says is well worth thinking about, on any UFO/ET subject. So I think he raises a very interesting point.

why?
why does bill suddenly seem so keenly interested in how his story is accepted?

Bill came here as an invited guest. He is caught up in the middle by establishing a website and then receiveing emails from 'Anon2'. This
whole episode started with Victor Martinez, not Bill Ryan. The Serpo
Project thread has been going on since November of 2005. It seems a lot of members, yourself included, have joined in late in the game and are
looking to discredit Bill Ryan and providing no useful information as far
as Serpo is concerned. Bill Ryan is not the story here and you and others are deliberately trying to make him the story. If you are convinced that Serpo is a hoax or Bill Ryan is not being straightforward with us, then why
don't you and the others that are so convinced this is all a hoax just leave.
Go play somewhere else. I for one have a vested stake in this thread from the beginning and intend to see it through to conclusion. Mr. Ryan being our guest has no obligation to answer personal questions or give account for himself as I said, He is not the story!

I do agree that there is a large number of people who seem to have joined up or entered the thread for the sole purpose of attacking his credibility but that is to be expected, given the info he is posting. people are going to work on holes in the story (which they have and which they seem to have found) and they are going to poke and prod bill as well, to see if there is anything to tie him to this beyond the innocent messenger.

Bill should have known this when he started the site and, more so, when he started posting here.

I agree that there is a degree of "hostility" which he doesn't deserve but apparently some of the folks here take personal offense to being fooled and, in their eyes, they're being fooled I guess.

Bill has, for the most part, handled this all with respectable composure.

It's all covered in the book by Bob Emenneger, "UFOs, Past, Present and Future." Much space must be left for people to disbelieve if they can't handle it.

Bill...this post has me confused a bit. Initially, you seem to be responding to another post, but I can't figure out whose it was. Secondly, If you have time, could you comment on why, exactly, you feel "space must be left for people to disbelieve if they can't handle it"?

I personally feel that this is a critical facet of the Serpo story and that it may indeed have far-reaching ramifications to 'disclosure'.
