USS Curtis Wilbuer drops to the back of the BG formation to watch the Chinese ship, however stays 75 miles away from her, and takes no threatening actions. Ship is merely acting as a buffer between Chinese ship and carrier.

In the interest of lessening tensions in the area, the US announces the Kittyhawk Battlegroup will be sailing farther from Chinese waters, and closer to Japan. USS Ronald Reagan and escorts, including Bonhomme Richard, will sail form Manila, and join her for exercises. All ships will stay well clear of Chinese waters.

SOP or not, I would prefer the commanders of the US forces decide whether or not to open fire. If the US commander has no objections this time, we will let it slide....

HMS Southampton arrives at battlegroup and takes command over HMS Montrose and british forces during training, we have noted china's motions towards battlegroup and the first sea lord has ordered the ships not to take any action at this moment except if the safety of ethier ship is threatened.

The RN aplogises if this is an insult to the US but the PM has said that the UK will not be caught in the middle of any disagreements between the two countries.

Hour 2:

UK: The security level has been increased to bikini black special.

President Kim Jong-il (JoshGator54)has issued a stern warning to the United States late today. Any aggression against it's Communist brother China will be considered a direct attack on North Korea. Hours before the speech troop levels were raised to high alert along the DMZ and several anxious moments were recorded. Any direct attack on North Korea will result in a "Sea of Fire" raining down on Seoul, South Korea. Reports from inside the reclusive country state that Kim Jong-il is extremely bothered and is contemplating some way to bully the allies away from his homeland. His condition has been described as agitated.

Satellite images show that naval bases have extremely active and almost the entire submarine fleet has been deployed.
