Could you post a link to something that says what was destroyed and confirms that it was a tropical storm (I assume you're referring to Epsilon). I checked the link you gave and the weather station appears to be functioning normally.... also, nothing at that site suggests that anything was destroyed.

Reminds me of hurricane Vince that headed to Spain.
Makes TS Delta but a blip on the anomaly screen,
since Vince formed 5 degrees farther north than Delta.

Portugal and Spain got hit by their First-Ever Tropical Storm in October (Vince).
The Canaray Islands got hit by their First-Ever Tropical Storm 6 weeks later - Delta.

Yes, so that seems to be the 2nd Tropical Storm in the History of Spain.

(Even though, I am afraid it is not going to be the last one)
