Nooo really? The Judicial system is separate from the other two where the Republicans have total control legislative and executive. Don't expect that Republicans or Democrats can actually control the Judicial system.

Everybody. Like if the Bush adminstration has total control like a military dictator he can ban anybody who opposes him like the Democrats.

Look back in the past of the supreme court nominees where they were appointed by their respective Presidents and they didn't exactly serve the interests of the Presidents you know.
