If the place is so full of energy then yes this would be great...i suppose this is what they are hoping for..someone who's going to pay out, in the hope of getting evidence of the spirited ones

I would definitely buy it! If I was a zillionaire... That would be awesome. Although I imagine waking up at 3am with the feeling of icy chills running down my spine might be a bit unsettling.
