That's a very nice Thanksgiving wish dgtempe. As you might know, I am an American living in Canada. I have already celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving and now I get to celebrate American Thanksgiving. Double the turkey. MMMMMM.

And I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving Day tool.

Actually, in the USA, it started as a celebration of thanks for a bountiful harvest by the Pilgrims at Plymouth Rock. People gathered and ate for several days and it became a traditional time to give thanks for all the blessings in one's life.

Turkey is the traditional meal.

We usually have cornish game hens, but today, we had New Mexico Style Enchiladas. It was delicious! We still ate too much!
