Remote
Isolated
Semi isolated
desolate.
Hard climate , atmos.

Problem:
Pakistan & India Nuclear weapons race & Ladak Valley as Nuke target.

The Weekly World News is often a more reliable source...

Unfortunately, a HUGE percentage of the India UFO activity is unwittingly originating from this origin.... A key hint is to look at their quoted sources...(it's never names, always "some scientists" or "government officials", etc. etc.).

As Gazrok said, the story is from India Daily and is about as believable as Bat Boy.
