I think she realized she pressed the wrong button and accidentally voted for Bush and pissed herself in shock and dismay.

She's not incontinent. She had just come to the horrific realization that Dr. Love wasn't on the ballot. Unable to bear the thought of living another minute she doused herself with gasoline and was ready to light herself up but then realized that she had forgotten her lighter.

Another senseless tragedy averted.
