oh boy this is sad.declaring yourshelf not responsible for war crimes is saying we dont follow rules.the war crimes treaty is a good thing and it prevents wars of mass distruction.we need to embrace peace not dissolve it.shame we might as whlie let saddam go and dissolve all acts of war making it ok to shoot anyone we feel.....
