Is it just my tired eyes or can you see a small beam of light jetting out below its central part? Reminds me of the underside of the black triangle ufo's (levitation engines?).

Is this a file that you are hosting with PutFile?

If so where did it come form, do you have a link so we know the background of the person who filmed this?

It looks quite interesting, but without a little background, we can't really make any kind of judgement.

This video is definitively a genuine ufo footage. Maybe a military black project. I have the full high quality version. You can see that, at the start of the video, the object is being filmed behind a netting, at a quite far distance. Then the object is zoomed in. I'll upload the video when i'm back from work so that you can see it by yourself.
