Totally disgusting......put this sicko in jail again, there should be an international law established to prosecute people like him anywhere.
Does his admition to moving on to another place when hes caught class as an admition to continue to search out for places to continue his sordid
fascination and sexual practices with children?...i think so!
The US now have a law that allows them to prosecute you, if you're a US citizen, for child abuse you committed while abroad. They've got a few
people with it, too.
Yeah, Glitter is basically admitting he doesn't want treatment, he wants to continue with is "illness" instead.
I was in Cambodia when they barred him. His lawyer tried to claim that he hadn't broken any Cambodian law and so there was no reason to cancel his
visa and deport him. Hey, if the US can bar your entry for a crime committed elsewhere, why not Cambodia? Especially that kind of crime.
I mean, he couldn't even come up with a good defence.
Gary Glitter, former rock star, guilty of child pornography offences. His defence? He didn't know it was illegal to download the stuff.
He moves to Cambodia. Why? Was it for the landmines? The genocide museums? The fresh country air? Or perhaps the fact that Cambodia has a reputation
as a child-sex haven? Gee, I wonder.
The Cambodians are at least, finally, attempting
to stop that sort of thing...It's not so obvious, or easy to get, but if you're determined
to have it...
I used to know this guy personally. Talk about doing the hard stuff.
