Here is a great Holiday idea for ya. Start with at least 2 lbs of good ground round chop beef. 2 cans of re-fried beans, a good large making of you own or store bought salsa and some nice mild sausage. 2 eggs and a milk to mix. Now here ya go:

Take a piece of waxed paper and lay it out flat on a table or something.
In a mixing bowl, mash up you meat, mix your egg and milk and add it. Mush it around till tender and mixed.
Place readied meat on waxed paper and flatten it out a bit.
Take a rolling pin or some like it and start rolling the meat to match the size or
smaller of the paper.
Spead your re-fried beans or the flattened meat.
Place a a piece of your sausage right at the top of your sheet of meat.
Smouther with salsa over the entire area.
Now, start with one end of your strip and start to roll. The sausage will act as a holder for the roll.
Place in oven at 325%F for about 1 1/2 hours or untill brown.
Top off with more salsa if you wish.....

Enjoy!
