Just remember this about these protestors, they were the ones dancing on the streets on CNN when 9-11 happened.
As far as I'm concearned, it's freedom of speech. They wouldn't be bothered by it if it was about someone elses religion, why should we care and
give into their useless rants. They want things their way only...tough, suck it up and quit whining.

You are kidding, right?
There are muslims (like Naser Khader) who have no problem integrating into the Danish society. They learned the language and have no problem living
side by side with the Danes. And then there is Abu Laban and those who hate Denmark. I think he should have been arrested, but strangely enough he is
still a free man! However, he is free to leave Denmark if he wants to. I would feel much better if he did leave Denmark. And it´s not a rascist thing
or muslim thing. It´s just logic and common sense. Communication is a two-way thing. He doesn´t want to communicate, he is just making alot of wild
claims and demands. He want to change Danish laws! What is he doing in Denmark anyway? He doesn´t like Denmark (obviously). They should put him on a
oneway flight somewhere out and away from Denmark. Abu Laban, you are doing nothing but smashing up the house you live in. You bite the hand that
feeds you and you are making a mess. Why are you still in Denmark? If I try to pull off a similar stunt as you did in a muslim country, they will
behead me.

Slowly, but at long last, the media is transporting that something here has been well orchestered:

Several of these riots seem to have been the work of provocateurs. Witnesses said the Damascus mob was directed by men holding handheld radios.
In Beirut, many of the arrested attackers turned out to be Syrian

Do you think the media will cover up anything or reveal all the facts? I mean, lets say the agent provocateurs were comprised of a group of people who
are muslims and non-muslims, do you think they will reveal that, or do you think one group is gonna be left out?
Just wondering what you think.

As long as there are violent rages, of course media will report everywhere.
It brings them profit; people are always interested in such stories
State (and of course special intersted groups) owned media will follow an own agenda, as well as other media probably. Everybody knows, media
is a big power.
I am sure some media will also report on a 'conspiracy' behind this, they will not stop asking questions.
That is why freedom of press is so important
But also, we can see where media is slow here. In this special "cartoon conspiracy".
ATS has been much(!) faster than media
external image
ATS has been first in reporting the big pig snout swindle - the twelve drawings in Jyllands-Posten do not show Muhammed with a pig's snout
we also had a scan of those cartoons printed in the Egyptian Newspaper Al Fagr on October 17, 2005 without any reaction in Egypt 2 days before the
media became aware and reported these things
And if one follows this thread, he will find a good timeframe of what happened when, provided by Hellmutt.

Thanks Riwka,
Those who have not yet seen this video should take a look. Riwka provided a link to an interesting video of an Imam showing the fabricated pig snout
picture. That picture was as we know never published by any newspapers in Denmark. The imams still says today that it was ok for them to tour the
middle east with these fabricated pictures. They called it (in danish) "Sandheden plus moms" which translates to "Truth plus VAT". Yes, it sounds
funny doesn´t it. Truth plus some extra taxes put on top of the truth - Truth is apparently not so important for them. Actually they say that "if
anyone has any problems with the fact that we were using that picture on our middle east tour, they should take it to court" - NOW they are suddenly
talking about "taking things to court", which is what THEY should have done from the start anyway.

A newspaper in Seattle printed the cartoons. Way to go, Seattle
Seattle weekly paper publishes controversial
cartoons
The Seattle alternative weekly newspaper "The Stranger" is publishing cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad
"The Stranger" Editor Dan Savage says he thinks readers should see them to see what the controversy is about. "I still believe in freedom of
expression and freedom of thought. It's relevant. People need to see what's being discussed," he said. Savage told KIRO Radio that not everyone
shares the same taboos, and it's hypocritical for mainstream papers not to run the cartoons out of fear of offending Muslims. "I think it's a
double standard."
Savage says he's not worried about a violent reaction to the prophet Muhammad cartoons. He says, "The Muslim community in Seattle and the U.S. is
tolerant and 'gets it.'"
I´ve heard that Seattle websites have already been attacked by hackers

Oh.. Look at our pal in Iran:
I also always woundered,
why the violent rage about the 'cartoon conspiracy' started in GAZA / PA
But here is an explanation:
Some 180,000 Muslim immigrants live in the Scandinavian nation, whose population is 5.4 million. Most of them arrived in the 1980s, when the
social-democratic government loosened immigration laws due to a labor shortage. They arrived from the West Bank and Gaza, Iraq, Iran and
Somalia to a homogenous, liberal, secular Danish society. The boundaries between the two societies are preserved to this day. Most of the Muslims in
Copenhagen live in this neighborhood, and only immigrants work in its vegetable stores, kiosks and restaurants.
Akari's *) mosque is also located here. It is run by Imam Abu Laban *), who was born in Jaffa and emigrated to Denmark 20 years ago. Abu Laban and
Akari are at the center of a public uproar.
Akari was born in Lebanon and emigrated to Denmark in the 1990s.
(source)
Akari and Imam Abu Laban are the both who went with that booklet (with the 12 cartoons and also their Mohammed with a pig's snout FAKE
cartoon, a dog having intercourse with a praying Muslim and the prophet as a pedophile and other cartoons of unknown origin) through Middle East
in November /December 2005 to 'internationalize' everything.

Palestinian children demonstrate against
Denmark
Hundreds of Palestinian schoolchildren, some as young as 4 years old, stomped on a Danish flag and shouted anti-Danish slogans on Monday to protest
the recent publication of caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad in European newspapers.
Monday's protest was organized by a school affiliated with the Islamic militant group Hamas, which is poised to lead the next Palestinian government
after its sweeping victory in last month's legislative elections.
About 500 children, ranging from kindergarten students to young teenagers, joined Monday's protest.

the best thing i read about this whole fiasco is that Denmark was played into this issue becouse they wouldnt sign the european constitution.
And just like the french, they needed a little push in the right direction. Now with all this apparently muslim hatered towards them, europe can say
to Denmark "you see, we stick with you, and now you have to stick with us, or this evil muslims will destroy you". Same happened in France, they
wouldnt sign it either....

Oh - really?
You think that was on the agenda at an Islamic summit in Mecca in December 2005?
this thread, the very 1 st posting
“We have been informed by our foreign minister that this caricature affair will be on the agenda at a special summit of the Islamic Conference,”
said [egyptian] Mohab Nasr Mostafa Mahdy, the embassy’s deputy ambassador.
“This is a collective initiative taken by the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) and Egypt played a leading role,” he said.

just connecting the dots dude....
now i found out that this whole "CLASH OF CIVILIZATIONS" thing is part of the PNAC agenda anyway (project for new american century), so i guess
funda-muslims are just being used to push along the agenda, and as you see they dont need a lot to get upset.
Westeners dont support the plan? Just find them some muslim enemies and theyll sign anything. Its amazing how well thought of everything is, i guess
those think tanks really do their job
Riwka, your point?
clash of civilizations?.....

There's a problem with that conspiracy.
A lot of people took the rejection of the EU constitution as a rejection of the plan to allow Turkey into the EU because they didn't want to open
their borders to even more muslim immigrants.
The EU, if it is allowed to continue expanding, will severely increase the number of muslims in European countries.

where exactly is the problem, most turks i meet are more european than arabs anyway, right down to eating pork. What you wrote still doesnt negate my

Didn't Denmark just delay the referendum after its defeat in the Netherlands and France?
I would think the Dutch would be getting the brunt of this if your theory was true.
