I can understand this, even here in Aus, alot of people can never understand what my partner is saying, and he is actually a very "proper" speaking American lol cracks me up too, I am forever translating to waitresses and customer service assisstants in general.

But U know those real hard-to-understand English accents ? I can't remember which area's they are from but I'll be damned if I can understand a word being spoken lol

Umm you might want to check your history books again. We entered WWII in Europe because Germany declared war on us the day after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.


Also you seem to forget we supplied your country with a huge amount of war materials, during WWII.

okay all... the USA and the UK are massive. we have helped each other out over the years....if it wasnt for both of the two then the history would be different....there is no point saying "we are better no i am better" because we would be here all year.
what you should do is give your opinions...but dont say that it is a better country. say what is good about it and dont slate other countries.
because this is a good thread and i want to post in it, so guys make it so it doesnt get trashed!
