Parr is by far to be commended, but BH, your news just makes me madder at myself than ever. According to your report because I didn't do it sooner it's now going to be even harder. Waaaaaaaaaah!

Oh, I'm sorry!
I was hoping it would make you more determined than ever! Keep trying unless you want to be under the control of the wicked ciggie industry forever. Unfortunately, it's probably not going to get easier...

But I will love you whether you quit or not.

Almost a year smoke free for me know,

Cant believe i have got this far, I feel fully like a non smoker now,

if i can do it anyone can lol i enjoyed my ciggys, and was forced to give up or lose my voice due to a smoke related throat infection,

I had no choice so i just had to do it,

Oh No a no smoking thread.

See now every year for the past 3 year i have packed in smoking for 3-4 months. I only wish i had the guts to go any further. I have so much willpower with every thing else but not smoking. See i look for excuses and my latest one is "The world is gonna end in 2012 anyway, So whats the point"

Well done to all of you that have beaten this evil habit

Just FYI, thesaint... I feel so good! For the next 5 years you could be feeling really good and lining life to its fullest! Keep trying, man.

Yes, as much as I have tried and failed, there is not way I will ever actually give up. I so want to join the ranks of the smoke free, and know the only way that will happen is to never stop trying.

And BH, you're info did give me more incentive, on top of my gut reaction of despair.
