I don't flick cigarette butts out the window anymore for all you treehuggers out there...I do still throw my Hardee's empties out the window
and that kind of stuff. I mean my coke bottles, especially if I can find a glass bottle, it goes out the window.
LOL. You had me laughing pretty good there

Kalapadea
I quite agree that TC should be congratulated upon his Herculean effort. The pic is meant to encourage him and I wish him all the best.
However, if we follow his advice, we should really point out to him that he has other habits that may not help him beat the whole *smell*
thing.
Kalapadea, my poor-hopelessly-random-brained-friend, trace back through these threads and REMEMBER what TC tells us about himself...
"I wear the same pair of underwear for at least three days...maybe four" and
"I have this whole 'thing' for dead squirrels..."
*whispers*
How do you propose we tell him? If he's really a friend, shouldn't he be told immediately of these very serious concerns? ...BTW, you heard about
the loafers, didn't you? Think, man! Think! No socks...in the deep humid South!
TC requires an intervention, I tell you! Can't you see this is a man in CRISIS?
I read the subtext of his entire PODCast as a true cry for help... Perhaps we should start a fund...

I don't understand; why is it that people thought that was funny?
Apparently, I am doing something very wrong!

You are a character, Thomas Crowne. A beloved one here on ATS. Just about anything you do is liable to be interpreted by some as funny in some way.
It's a good thing.
Truuuust me.

I'm pretty sure there's nothing worse than someone who's just had a few cigs walking into the room. It reeks. And you just immediately loose
respect for them, much like you would anyone else who smells that bad.
Bums smell better, and they have four week old tequila and urine on them.

The reality of it is humorous, the senses find it odiferous and the tobacco companies find it scandalous...
You keep up the GOOD WORK however!

TSK - Beautiful music! Very inspiring.
I still (after 4 years) breathe in heavily when I walk by someone smoking. I totally love it. I'm a recovering smoker and I think I always will be. I
will never smoke a commercial cigarette again, but I will always love the smell of it. (Stale smoke is another issue entirely ) I say 'commercial
cigarette' because even now, I occassionally, maybe twice a year, smoke one made of natural sage, tobacco and other herbs. Legal ones.
Cigarettes with no nicotine is like decaf coffee. Why bother?
No, I don't have a boat of any kind. But thanks for asking.
