If indeed the FB-23 is produced..., would Boeing still be Northrop's partner since MCD was their partner?

Or would they stay with LM to compete with the FB-22?

Or they would support either project and in either case win?

I really don't see the US buying this anytime soon. It might be a good export idea, but with the F-22 being bomb capable and talks already in progress about a slimmer faster B-2, the B-3 comes to mind. We have already proven that once you go in take out communications and power like we did in both Iraq wars with the stealth’s we have now. The rest of the fleets can take over without any alarm. The US has already committed to more F-22's and the JSF. It seems to make sense to have a bird like the FB-23, I just don't see it. But for these companies to make more business, export seems the way to go. The likes of Australia and Japan being good bet to buy it. IMHO
