Just a thought . . .

If one were to take all the CAPS and using the individual words as clues, then rearrange the letters to form a phrase.

?possible?

I'm working on that right now. The phrases may be hints, but I'm working on the suspicion that the caps are jumbled words of a 'scary' origin. I've got a few. Halloween and ghost. Here are the letters left after those 2 words:

lD R AI V RER BAD S AS AF IN HC E YH S YHLS BERLO

My thought was that the mods (or whoever) have a sentence or a phrase or something, let's say "Happy Holloween". They take each of the letters of the phrase and make a bunch of words that contain those letters (in caps) that go with the 'theme'. The puzzle would be to figure it out.

gHost - H
deAd - A
Pale - P
aPparition - P
lonelY - Y

If we don't have all the words yet, we can't figure it out. It's just a thought.

Perhaps the uncapatilized letters are just a red herring. And the phrases with no caps seem to be geared toward Halloween or All Hallow's Eve...
