Because geese are getting bird flu, and if ducks get it then I suppose it deffitnately solve some people's problems of a duck being a bird....
But also, if it gets into Africa or areas which has a high population with AIDS/HIV will they all die very quickly? Due to having a lack in immnunity
in the first place? I know that no one has immunity to bird flu anyway.

I don't know what you mean about ducks... Are chickens not birds - I always considered ducks to be birds.. Anyway.
If it becomes human transmited yes, people with HIV/AIDs will be much more susceptible - as they are to most any disease.
