This sounds pretty worrying!! N. Korea Missile Could Reach U.S.

North Korea (news - web sites) has been using Russian technology in developing a new intercontinental ballistic missile capable of reaching any target in the continental United States, an administration official said Thursday.

If this is true ,,,,What happens next???

Its military fact, per se.'
What to do?
Continue the "talk process."
This must be exhausted before anything else.
Its a threat but nothing to the degree that the N. Korean's have this particular missiles in numbers...but then again, it only takes one to start a World War...possibly.

Back last Feb, part of the test warhead was found in the water offshore of Alaska...

If this is true then this is a worry! I personally wouldn't want to be anywhere within a 9,500 mile radius of N. Korea! Anybody know whare that is. Because if N.Korea kicks off like I think it could, we all better start finding places to hide!

If NK kicks off, it will likely be against Japan, and the JSDF has already said they would act preemptively against NK if they had evidence that a strike was imminent...

Anybody could have the ranged capacity to target any location on the planet with the right technology and facilties, useing a ICBM. Now it's another story all together if it is going to make it within CONUS air space.

The treat of being attacked is always at hand, the situation doesn't raise any eyebrows until it happens.

A whole lot of water is around Alaska, and if I threw a model airplane from my back yard in Michigan, it could land in france rideing the correct aircurrents.

I wouldn't be too worried about the missles but what could be carried by them. As a well placed chemical biological or radiological warhead/weapon could disperse a reign of terror. Being designed to travel vast distances in rapid time, ICBM are not all made to blow up, but instead to carry hostile and life threatening substances.

Wind currents+(ICBM x substance) divided over location= bad juju.

And so it begins again ?

Lets get this right - Bush is occasionally a member of the NWO and the war against Iraq was unjust or he is the homeland defender who took out an unjust and evil regime -

But now his next target in the axis of evil might just have a weapon of mass destruction aimed at the US

Saddam had those weapons (or rather those able to hit Israel) - so we were told and his own media informed us

I wonder - who do we believe ?

For some people (including on this board), he is both.

People see the dots and they know they should join them; They stop when they don't like the look of the picture.

Um, if North Korea launched a missile against the US it would be their death warrant.

Don't assume that every world leader is as much of a bloodthirsty, war-mongering idiot as the American President.

Bake him a cake of course. That's what we should do with everyone who wants to kill us, according to Jakomo.
If we weren't so mean to them everyone would be a big happy family and nothing bad would ever happen.

I can't take it! I think I feel sick

Jakomo, why don't you get it over with and start a thread such as "This is why I hate America" or "Americans all smell because..." It's getting a little old with the constant crap on every single post you make. Why not make a specific thread for it?(in the mud pit of course)

Hey well, I know it sucks that North Korea may be able to nuke anywhere in the U.S. But I'm not worried, because I know if he (Kim) does decide to nuke us, he'll get killed as well. Mutually Assured Destruction. I don't think N.K. has enough nukes to destroy the whole country of America, but America sure has he has the capacity to obliterate every last living thing in the borders of North Korea. So I take comfort in knowing Kim will die if I die.
