You can not own space it is a public domain for use of every specie know to us and which are unknown. For species which already out there and which not. You can claim to own but you never realy own it. but yes you can say this is a part of our country. But for the future you have to claim a piece of space with the moon and so on our human privat space. just like it is our garden and after the fence it is the curtway and the highway.
