This is a classic, i did a search on ATS to make sure it had'nt been posted, could'nt find it so i've posted it,

On December 9, 1965, an object landed near Kecksburg, Pa. It was observed as a fireball in the sky across several U.S. states and Canada.

Witnesses provided signed statements and independent, corroborated descriptions of the object and its location. Firefighters, reporters and a radio news director described a military presence at the crash site — and some saw a military truck quickly leaving with a large, tarpaulin-covered object.

How did you come to that conclusion?

Superb!! Thanks for the link. This was also mentioned in the Rendlesham documentary.

They (scifi channel) have done:

-roswell
-kecksburg
-rendlesham

I would like to see the roswell one aswell, since they do a good job at analysing the cases.

The Kecksburg case is a very big ufo event. Maybe as big as Varginha in Brazil. And apparently, like for Varginha, some secret US military were there to control and cover the event.

Thanks Musclor!

This witness has a great story to tell possibly the best witness I have heard yet.

His description of the event and the object are fairly detailed.

His version of events falls right in line with the things we already know about Kecksburg.

My opinion is that Kecksburg demonstrates how easily these things can be covered up for years even when crowds of people are witnesses.

he said what prompted him to tell this story now, was becouse he watched
a tv documentary, and ed myers stated that nothing ever happens with or nothing ever comes out regarding the Kecksburg story.
just a question though, dont you think its a little bit suspicious, coming forward now after all this time?

I think this is an interesting case, but I don't think it was anything alien that was recovered. I believe in the Russian satellite recovery theory myself.
