Tom DeLay's booking photo

Somebody may have already posted this, but I couldn't find it.

Not sure how smart a move it is to mock the system like he seems to be doing, from a PR standpoint anyway. I would expect something like that from a mob boss, smiling for your mug shot gives the impression it's just a joke to you.

DeLay's district office is in Sugar Land, a Houston suburb.

Who could help themselves from smiling if they worked in a suburb called "Sugar Land"?!

I know I'd be smiling!

Too bad he didn't "brush his teeth" though - He's got "an appointment" with "the dentist", if ya catch my drift

It is a joke, why not smile? Libs can't win at the polls so they smear and character assasinate. When your ideas are devoid of intellect, and you are blinded by elitist hubris, what other vehicle do you have than to use your mainstream press and anti-constitution judicial allies to attempt to remove those who espouse ideas you can't defeat.

Liberal Facism on display. Thankfully, America is wise to these old school ploys. It may have worked on Bork but it won't work again.
