hard to make a decision with such short footage... but I have to admit it looks like a trailer for movie/game. Nice atmosphere, guess if there was
more to see might be able to take another stab at it.

I do freelance digital editing (torbtown.com) my wife is the producer for LAByrinth theater company (labyrinth.org) It is our "professional"
opinion that that footage is "fake".
Somebody mentioned earlier in this thread that it would take a large budget to make... assuming you already had a home video camera, a copy of Adobe
After Effects or Final Cut Pro, the computer to run the software on, the cable you need to port your footage from your camera into your computer,
didn't use Equity actors and had an editor with my skills willing to tweek the footage for free, the whole shot could be done for less than 200
bucks. That includes donuts and coffee for the crew.
If you had to buy all of the equipment and software, and pay union wages for the crew, ya, sure, it would cost about ten grand (the bulk of that cost
going into equipment and software, with about 1000 bucks going to union pay scale crew)
The effects are cheap and easy. The set is not all of that spectacular either... I could do this in my living room if I didn't have a one and a half
year old daughter poking her nose into everything *laughs*

telling characteristic
1) Why would an ET document a procedure with video? Scientific reasons, right.
Ever see a scientific video? It's boring. Camera is mounted firmly in the same place,
there is bright lighting, and calibration pictures. Often a time counter running as well.
It looks like an experiment.
2) Why would a scientific video have a "cut" in it? And shot from a "dramatic" appearing
footage? What is this? Some kind of ET snuff/porn movie?

How can you all not see that this is a clear fake? The camera panning over the woman is a dead giveaway. Also why would an alien vidieo tape an
experiment, and if it did how in the world would we get it?

I think the important question here is that there seems to be a video format that is compatible with our technology that is still being used by an
advanced Alien race who are lightyears ahead of us!
What format is that??! I want to start using that format!
When will we actually settle on a video/audio format that will be used for the rest of history instead of changing every few years, outdating
technology you've just paid off??
These are the real questions that need to be asked, either that or, maybe, just maybe, it was made by humans?!

I emailed the Russian Scientist at an address that was dug up and posted on another site, and I got a reply!! I received a letter and a photo.
Here is the letter:
20051105
Mr. Matchen
I hope you will be understanding my English.
Last year, me along with my comrades, accomplished miraculous breakthrough by successfully decoding fragments of data from “microchip-like”
device, which had been recovered from UFO crash site in the north of Siberian Plateau in year 2000.
Physical makeup of the beings is consisting of pale wrinkled skin and claw-like hands having three-fingers. They making horrifying surgical techniques
that are contradicting our understanding of physics, biology, and medical sciences.
Ministers of Russian and US Governments were making protests concerning secrecy of this evidence. Numerous scientists and chief officers made
resignations from their country’s space programs because of secrecy and fear surrounding the discovery, and sadly a close colleague of mine was been
murdered in this year. By them, my decision is justified.
We must provoke our governments to make admission of possession of KBAT746432 disc and release it to the world.
I have enclosed photo from footage as my credential of authority.
(end)

I posted the photo here:

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the same guy from the kbat site.

What else would you use if you wanted to put video footage on the internet? No matter what the original source was to begin with once you put it on
the internet, it’s digitized. Then you have to choose a certain format for people to view it in. Like windows, quicktime, etc.

If something crshed in siberia in 2000, why has no one said anything? surely there must of been witnesses, possibly the object was tracked before it
crashed, i understand in russia things are kept quiet, but i heard no mention of anything crashing, BTW what evidence does the US have according to
his claim? Surely if he worked on this project he has research materials and documents, why not give these as proof instead of some hokey picture that
is too dark to see anything? Interesting story but im far from convinced.
