Trial of Saddam, Iraqi Constitution, Ramadan...

The rest of this October is looking to be a continuation of the ratcheting-up of fear and police state actions by the government and media in the US. With these important events (Saddam's Trial, the Iraqi Constitution, and Ramadan) going on in the Muslim world, should we be expecting a serious attack in the near future? The recent "threats" on New York and now Baltimore seem to be a conditioning to these types of alerts becoming more common.
