any austrian users on here?

hello all .
are there any users on here that live in austria?
im interetsed in the sparbuch account and want to find out more about it.
i here different things that say that the sparbuch is still totally transferable from one to another is this true? i here that the banking authorities put a stop to this a couple of yrs ago?

i know that you can buy from a company the old style sparbuchs which are transferable for around £100 but i want to know if the new ones can be transfered?

do you still need to go to austria to deposit and withdraw?
can u still open them up without proof of i.d.?
do you have to be an austrian citizen?
there is many more Q's i like to ask
