Umm, I've noticed that if you use amplify for a piece, it gets cutoff at the upper limit. If you can find some way to increase the upper limit when amplifying, that'd be great, because the way to increase gain that I suggested, ONLY works if you are selecting a piece that's at the end of the track. If you cut out a section of the track that's not at the end, audacity moves anything that was after it, back into the spot where the start of the cut-out section was, which is bad.

^_^ It helps to have a tech freak around when it comes to these things, heheheh. I prefer to use the gain thing to change volume, instead of amplifying, because of the roof limit thing... *however*, sometimes I DO use the amplifyer, for when I accidentally talk a little bit quieter than normal, and want to normalise the sound.

Would be great if Majic could reply to this, as he's the sound modification king, having been on radio and all.
