1 pound of taters
6 tankards of grog
1 brownie with sprinkles
A loaf of bread


any suggestions for your manly meals?

Depends on whether "one" brownie means one that was cut and removed from the pan, or if its just the contents of the pan...

Breakfast:

2 or 3 fried eggs, fried bread, toast, pile of bacon, maybe some scrambled eggs with alot of pepper, 3 sausages.


Lunch:

1ft long sandwich; packed with chicken, lettuce, ranch dressing, meat stuffing, tomatoes, seasoned with alot of salt, then throw an egg in for good measure.


Dinner:

Tripple cheese burger with 1/2lb meat. Curly fries (the good ones). Corn on the cob. Grilled chicken too.

Dont get me started on desert, oh and a whisky milkshake to top it off. I wouldnt recommend this everyday, perhaps once a month at most LOL.

i would have to say rare steak, so rare you gotta hold it on the plate or maybe a mixed grill,

sausages, chops, eggs, onions, steak, and wat ever else meat you can cook on a barbie

true true, but wow. that is amasing levels of fat!
but mens fat intake is alot higher than a womans.

ps: if you work out and keep healthy then that is okay. (i think anyway).

The amount of fat pales in comparison to the insane amount of carbs!!

Keep that diet up and you'll end up as one of Richard Simmons' sob stories that can't get out of bed and just lays there like Jabba the Hut.

Wow, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner? I eat once a day, I make it count, but only once a day.

Box of Mac and Cheese with sausage cut up and added, side of rice with mustard, and of course chocolate milk

Or...

Pound of rice with mustard, sandwich with bacon, salami, bolgana, smoked swiss cheese, cheddar cheese slice, lettuce, tomato, mustard(love mustard) and either a egg or mettwurst to complete it.

I eat once a day and I make it count. Some may ask why once a day? I just do. I could eat more then once a day, or seperate the meal, but then this takes more time. Why make rice, eat it, then later make the sandwich when I can make the sandwich and rice at same time and save that extra 10 minutes?
