They even have plans for a "do-it-yourself" lifter project....

I'll be reading those. Interesting list. I think I saw it a long time ago, or something like it. But this list has some modern stuff on it. Also
looks like they are trying to sell you a CD of data, no thanks.
A lot of government money was sunk into anti-gravity research in the 80's and 90's. Most of it very quietly. I've never seen the results. Maybe
some of it is here on this list. But no big surprise, the Germans started on it before World War Two.

From what I gather, the CD is just a compilation of the site on disc....I have never tried to access a portion of the site only to get a "paid
membership required" message...
