Not computer smart.

I just do not understand this:

To include a picture or graphic within the body of your message, you simply surround the address of the image as shown here:

[ img ] images /picture .gif [ /img ]

Question:

How do I actually get the pic into the body of the mesage to even have the opportunity to surround it with the img' and mg's.

Am I suppose to copy and paste or what?

Right click and select properties on an image to see what the url location is. This is what you need to copy and paste.
For example is located at 66.98.176.42...

Find the pic you want online-control right click)-copy the url from 'properties'-paste that url into the BB code.

Does that answer your question?

(edit) I should also add that this is known as 'hot-linking' and you'd be stealing bandwidth from the site your getting the pic from. It's best to use one of the free online pic hosting sites, i use photobucket but there are others.

Right click on the image you want....select 'properties'...take your cursor and highlight the 'address/URL'. Make sure you get the whole thing which can be done by holding down the left mouse button and dragging down. Once highlighted, press the keys ctrl-c to copy and then go to your post and ctrl-v to paste in between img and /img, which are each enclosed in brackets.

Hope that helps.
