i read in a time magazine a while ago (around august) and it was saying that they have cloned the first dog in south korea but also i saw a movie(documentry) about cloning made by national geographic (made in 2002 maybe 2003) that said many cats and dogs have been cloned, i know cats have been cloned b4 but time says dogs have just started to be cloned in august

so which one is right? have dogs never been cloned b4 a few months ago or have they been being cloned for the last few years?

Googling is our friend

This would suggest that the recent S. Korean experiments were the first to successfully clone dogs.

More about it here

Maybe the documentary was referring to attempts being made, rather than successes?

NG's "Clone" documentary

It makes no mention of dogs, but it's one I want to pick up and view anyway as soon as I can find it at the video store
