I think people dislike the lack of conversation from me most, I know my wife does. Seriously, even on the job if I get a minute my face is going to be in a book, not carying on a bunch of BS with the fellows. And sometimes I think people take it offensively and I don't mean a thing by it. I have to be learning or improving myself somehow at all times.

I dont think I have enough space on here to list what people hate about me. People just hate me. Im that kind of elf. Not that I consider it a bad thing. I actually thrive on people hate directed toward me. It confirms, at least to me, that I am doing something right. Bit if we are speaking of this site, I suppose my most hateful quality, given many posters mentality, is that Im American, and feel no shame, regret, or remorse about it, and my utter apathy to others.

I'm cold, no thoughts/feelings towards others feeling/emotions. At times that I should be "nice" or whatever I do what I want and say what I want. When I should have a voice telling me to shut up I don't. Sure it has gotten me no play from the ladies several times, and beaten a few times at school, but it's worth knowing I don't keep anything inside.

1. I'm always right. (except for that one time, when I thought I was wrong, and then turned out to have been right, afterwards).

2. I have a better story than you do on any given topic. I have to sit on them, or they overwhelm conversations.

3. Frau_Dr hates that I can "burp talk" the alphabet from A through O, or "burpsing" the Star Spangled Banner, through "gleaming."

4. My kids hate that I insist on Yes/No Sir/Ma'am from them as asnwers to direct questions. Instead of "uhh-uhhh" and "MMM-mmm."

5. My kids hate that I check their homework and ask what they learned in Sunday school, expecting a real answer.

6. My kids' friends hate that I play with mine for at least an hour a day

7. My underlings hate that I check up on them (although I give them deserved praise, too.)

8. My neighbor hates it when I throw parties.

9. People at the post office hate it when I mail a stack of parcels to different addresses for my at-home business.

10. The guy at the cigar store hates it when i spend twenty minutes in the walk-in humidor, looking for a really good Royal Jamaica, in the Maduro wrapper. Do you have an unopened box, please?

People do not like the way I look at them, telling me they feel like I am into their soul?

I'm really opinionated, I will go to great lenghts the prove something wrong. I usually pick the side of the topic that will get the maximum amount of people pissed off as long as it dosen't conflict against my beliefs. I like driving people nuts.

lol..good question...

well, Girlfriend hates the fact i try and see the good in everybody, even when it is blatantly clear that someone is a total muppet.....point is everybody has something to offer...well...apart from chelsea supporters, man city supporters and scousers.

my mum hates how much i work and whishes id slow down......i plan to...when im dead.

my business partner hates how much porn i have stored on our office computers because it continues to make them crash 50 times+ a day.

my manager; Tiago, hates the fact i push him into racing me home in his car everynight or every morning on the way to work, when he knows i blatantly toy with him........Audi turbo (240 BHP) versus peugeot 206 cabriolet (110 bhp).....ummmm.........EAT MY DUST PORTUGEEZER!

my best pal hates the way i drive so fast and never get nicked, hes been banned twice and just got nicked again 2 days ago!

my neighbours hate how fast i exit my driveway everymorning and freak their little dog out, but they cant really hate me because i always fix their computer for free and am sickningly polite to them.

my accountant really hates me for continuing to submit huge fule invoices from my cobra every month, even though a year ago she told me it is "not a business promotion aid"......i was pushing for this on the grounds it has my business phone number in 5mm high letters on the reg plate.......bitch!

my dad hates me for the fact that his garage (10 years after leaving home and the country!) still has VW beetle parts taking up all his space and he needs it to change the blades on his 'ride on' lawn mower...sad,sad,sad.

my dog hates me for continuing to pertend his back legs are the two turret guns in a flying fortress bomber and picking him up and pertending to shoot GF's cats.....understandable really.

and i hate myself for going out every friday night and drinking shed loads of tequilla with my pal jordan, always under the faulse pretense of trying to take his mind of his GF whos madder than my GF.

Regards.

This is a cool thread.
Well, honestly I can say that I get along with most people, but along the way I have discovered a few things:

1.)My family considers me to be quite stubborn. This is true, but only to the extent that I dont take anyones word for anything. I have to find out if a suggestion, explination, or story is true and acceptable to me.

2.)As weird as I still find this, many women who first meet me size me up and then feel intimidated by my looks. This usually changes once they get to know me, because I am generaly a happy person, I like to play and have fun. I dont take my self seriously. I dont really pay attention to how I look, so I am not into lots of make-up or designer clothes. I like to throw my hair in a ponytail and throw on some jeans or sweats. This is why it is weird to me that a lot of women feel inimidated by my appearance.

Amorymeltzer, I can give you some insight on what the girl who thought you were too "nice" actually meant when she said that. This is my personal take and perspective on it. When I first started my forays into dating (late for me at 18), I pictured in my mind a wonderfuly nice guy who was the ultimate gentelman and who spoiled me rotten. Well, I thought I found that person in my second boyfriend. After about a year, it started to wear on me how he always had to be nice, and always had to be a gentelman. t

I couldnt figure out why this would wear on my nerves because it was exactly what I wanted. Later on, I realized that he became boring to me because he was so predictable, and because he offered me no sort of stimulation. Sure he spoiled me, but I felt that I could make him do whatever I wanted, just because I wanted it. It was like he would do anything at all to please me. Anything! I didnt like how that made me feel. I didnt feel lucky to have a boyfriend like him, I felt almost generic, like he would treat any woman he was with the exact same way. So then I wondered what he saw in me. Why did he want to be with me and not someone else? Why were my needs and wants more important than his? Was it that every womans needs and wants always superseded his?

I decided that what I actually wanted was a man with definitive beliefs and prejudices. I wanted someone who would have opinions that conflicted with mine and yet we still had a lot in common. I wanted someone who would treat me lovingly and with respect, but who still has things that they would not do with me or for me. When he does something nice for me, it is a treat and makes me feel special because I know it is something that he did because of how he feels for me. It isnt something that he would necessarily do for someone else. This is not to say that I wanted a man to treat me bad, and then throw in a little kindness here and there.

For me, I want a man to treat me as well as he would treat his male friends and with the same boundaries and expectations. Most men I know, do not go out of thier way to be super nice and spoil thier male friends. They ususally have a relationship that is borne of mutual respect and comradery.

Sorry if this disrupted the thread a bit. I have heard numerous men say that many women want to break off a relationship because they are too "nice". It is not a very good way of explaining what the woman actually feels. It is actually an emotion that cannot be summed up into one word.

I dont think that I have too many people not like me at all really. Unless there are people on the borad here
...just kidding. Nah, I can only think about two or three really, but thats because they think they are better than everyone, so I dont like them. Newtons Law..For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction...They dont like me either.

Well, I dont honestly know, I don't talk enough for people to see my true side, so they can't hate me for my personal views my personality or how/who I am.

Umm, I guess maybe that I don't help people cheat, and that I'd rather do constructive things than talk.

It seems anywhere I have worked there is always a few guys that always feel a need of having a pissing contest or feel the need to be in charge. I have a way of ingorning it that I can just see the fire in their eyes when I do. Other than that I think thats about it. Anyway those types suck kinda like the ones all over message boards trying to show how big of an internet penis they have... :Z

i hate the mental image that brings to mind!! LOL

well, because the folks that might hate me rarely show up for dinner, i only have the opinion of those that like me tremendously and hate a few things that i do (or don't do).... i had to laugh at the post about 'not putting on makeup or wearing the in clothes'.... my friends have been riding on my tail SO MUCH about my appearance that last week i dolled it up just for kicks... that was some fun in its own right, but i rarely devote any time to it as it seems to me there are so many matters of more importance than superficial (ie. hair, makeup)... not unkempt, by any means... but let's just say casual dinners, where overalls are not frowned upon has been more my pace...

i tend to be very trusting of anyone until they demonstrate otherwise, and so... this has caused much grief... my friends tend to 'call it like it is' when i've over and over 'called it what it could be' and probably overlooked things that should have been red flags... i guess that's why i keep them around (my friends that is), after years of knowing most of them i can trust and value their opinions even if it differs from my own idealist, utopian view....

i can trust that they have my best interests at heart- and they don't hesitate to tell me if they dislike or 'hate' something that i've allowed into my life....

*sigh* i personally hate it if i don't listen and prove they're right!
