Well, heres some interesting stuff from Anomalies.net

Yes, Yes, I know this might be common knowledge but I thought I'd share it with those who haven't seen these before.

Things like this and the face make me angry with those that do not support increased funding for a mission to Mars. I mean there is something there it is right there in black and white something created these and it sure doesn't look like a natural phenomenon. There is very creepy business going on on the surface of Mars and we need to get to the bottom of it.

This is an interesting one - I can't remember the link but you can get this image exactly as it appears in the post from the Marlin Space Systems site database - so no-one can say it's 'doctored' by any wannabe believers or anything....

I thought those were said to be sand dunes? It's hard to tell with a birds eye view with the shadows and all. Maybe they should send those robots over there and take some pictures

The fact that all of the objects appear to be lined up longitudinally indicates a phenomenon called imbrication. This is common in fluvial (mainly river) environments where a steady velocity water (or wind) flow in one direction lines up all the rocks in the same direction.

Just looking at these photos, that appears to be what happened.

However, it does raise the question of what exactly they are: My main problem with the imbrication issue is that mars only has 1/100 the atmosphere of the earth, so there isnt enough atmospheric pressure to make the rocks and soil do what happens here on earth.

I would rank this one in the undecided column...

Nonsense, I don't see any monkeys smashing bones in that photo!!!

Yep, sand dunes seems to be the general concensus...or similar natural phenomenon....

Actually I DIDNT say they were sand dunes...

I did say that it resembled some fluvial sediment formations, but at the same time, I pointed out that sedimentation doesnt follow the same rules on mars that they do on earth because there isnt too much atmosphere to move things around.

Regardless of how much of this is accreted sediment from aerial transport, there is SOMETHING there that is acting to allow the sediment to accrete around it...

If there is life on mars which has createn this all it will be extinct or living underground so we will not see monkeys smashing anything.

How big are these things first of all?

If they are quite tall then I doubt water had anything to do with it.

I came across channelled material before where someone claims that mars was inhabited by the beings we call big foot and they now live underground and some are here.

Sounds far out for sure but the idea is that mars was inhabited which I believe also.

"I thought we were the monkeys who smashed things? "

Sand Dunes?!?!?! Ya know, I sure don't have any idea as to what these are. But what get's me is why so called "specialists" or "scientists" always have such stupid explanations for stuff. If ya don't know, just say it instead of "sand dunes" or "swamp gas" or "reflections of Venus" or whatever kinda crap excuse.

I might allow the "Sand Dunes" thing to slide if one of them could show me pics of sand dunes anywhere else that ever looked like that. Cause I've seen lots of Dunes, but none like that ever.

Dragonrider,
You of all people, knowing what you know, must want to slap some of these guys when they start giving lame theories like this....

Visit Richard Hoagland's site:

www.enterprisemission.com...

He's the one that initiated the investagation of the Martian Face, and the surrounding Cydonia area (i.e. the City, DM Pyramid, Fort, etcetera)...
Or, get his book, Monuments of Mars:the city on the Edhe of Forever. Alot of cool pictures, and mathmatical proof the structures are not natural.
It is amazing that some people can still deny the obvious because "it doesn't fit with what's expected". Monkeys indeed...

If you notice, whatever they may be. A shadow is produced/cast far enought to be seen from a satellite passing over. Knowing the old space travelers of ours do not posses current technology for video equipment. I would not be surpised if those objects are sky scraper or hill tomb sized.

If any of you are serious about the research done on this, you should take a look at the book "Monuments of Mars". The author goes into painstaking detail about every aspect and possibility of the possibility of life on mars. There are different versions of the book available, try to get the 2001 version or newer. They have updates and new pics (this all seems familiar, think i posted something like this about a year ago). I think this is all very convincing, at least enough to send something there to look at it more in depth, not that I expect the gov. to come clean on anything they find.

I saw these before, and my opinion has not changed. I think they are EVIL....like MISSLE SILOS!
It gives me the creeps every time I see them. I am psychic, & I pick up evil feelings from these.
